Made an appointment with the office person. She asked the important questions and told me she would call me back. I received a call back quickly. I was given a sooner appointment. It sort of scared me a little. I arrived at the office in the hospital. It was very nice. I was greeted by the woman at the desk. I didn’t wait long and was taken back as soon as a patient exited. The medical assistant was nice. She asked questions and apologized for the repetition of questions that the doctor may ask them again. Dr Gigena came in. He was informative and made sure I understood. He was genuine and you could tell that he really had a lot of knowledge about his specIalty. I was no longer afraid and felt like we had plan of action. I highly recommend this Doctor. I see a lot of doctors and I have had a few that were great. I have seen a lot that were good surgeons and such. But horrible bedside manner. I have experienced doctors that did not know about what they were supposed to be a “specialist” in. I have had seen quite a few doctors who have tried to recommend therapies that they were not sure would work. It would want to go right into the operating room. This is so not Dr. Gigena.
Dr. Gigena and his staff are wonderful. The receptionists are kind and welcoming, the medical team are patient and knowledgeable, and Dr Gigena is straightforward and a very talented surgeon. I had 2 carpal tunnel surgeries. Both were quick and recovery went very well. I highly recommend them.
Recently I found out that I have breast cancer and needed to have a mastectomy. Dr. Gigena was so helpful and compassionate during this hard time for me. He also did a phenomenal job with their reconstruction as well. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
Dr Gigena is the best he really cares about his patients and wants you to be excited about the work he did.

Dr Gigena and his staff were amazing. I have been dealing with an open wound for 2 years. The dr office that was treating me closed there doors due to staffing issues. Dr Gigena got me in on no notice and gave me a skin graft. I am so thankful for him bending over backwards to fix me.
I like the Dr and his staff they were very supportive. The dr you as very straight forward and honest and very accessible if needed.
