IPL therapy can effectively treat age and sun spots, but it may require multiple sessions to achieve optimal results. The number of sessions needed depends on the severity of the spots and the individual’s skin type. It’s important to consult with a dermatologist or skincare professional to determine if IPL therapy is the best treatment for your specific needs. After IPL therapy, the skin may be red and sensitive for a few days. It’s important to avoid sun exposure and use sunscreen to protect the skin. While the results of IPL therapy can be long-lasting, it’s important to continue protecting the skin from sun exposure to prevent new age and sun spots from forming.

Melasma

Pico laser is an advanced laser therapy that targets the pigment in age and sun spots using ultra-short pulses of laser energy. This process breaks up the pigment and reduces the appearance of the spots. Compared to traditional laser therapy, the pico laser is generally faster and more effective and can be used for a broader range of skin types. However, multiple sessions may still be required to achieve optimal results. After pico laser therapy, the skin may be red and sensitive for a few days.
